Presidents Message

Welcome to the 114th Caroline Bay Carnival.
As president of the Caroline Bay Association, I am honored to present this season’s 18-day carnival, with fun filled activities and exciting entertainment, there is something here for the whole family to enjoy.
We have some great shows lined up for this Carnival.

Shows begin at 2pm and 7pm each day of the carnival.

The New year will be brought in with an additional concert in the evening, and our world-renowned fireworks display taking place at midnight.
Activities include Mini golf, opens at 10am, with rides and games opening from 11am.

I would also like to take this opportunity to give thanks to the dedication and loyalty of our volunteers, sponsors, and the Timaru District Council. Without these people and organizations, the Caroline Bay Association would not be able to provide such a rich, fun filled, family environment.
