Vouchers can be redeemed any time over the 18 day Carnival period. Tickets don't have to be used on the same day. The voucher is only able to be used on the rides listed above. Please be careful with your tickets, no tickets no ride. 

Redemption instructions: 

• If this is for a gift please select courier at checkout and we will courier your voucher/s to you 
• Head to the secretary's office with your order confirmation or voucher to exchange your voucher for $ value tickets
• Use those tickets to purchase your rides at the relevant booth. 
• Have a blast! 

Your voucher or tickets will be ready to pickup from the secretary's office from boxing day. Please select courier if you'd like it posted in time for Christmas. 

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds unless required by law. No refunds for unused rides, weather delays, or change of mind.
